Yoga classes are casual – no need to pre book. Classes are open to all levels unless otherwise stated.

MONDAYS : Hatha Yoga

‘Ha’ means sun, ‘tha’ means moon. Hatha yoga encompasses all styles of yoga to balance the body not only physically but mentally. Class consists of classical yoga postures and dynamic flows/sun salutes. Breath work is an integral part of the class and different techniques are taught at the end of every class, which closes with relaxation or meditation. Open to all levels of experience.

FRIDAYS : New Moon Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Monthly class held on Friday nearest the new moon. Each new moon is a time to step softly, it is also symbolic of new beginnings and an ideal time to set intentions. This class consists of a combination of gentle flows and passive postures, followed by 30 mins guided Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). Suitable for all levels of experience.

Breathwork & Meditation

Group meditation classes are open to all levels. Register your interest for the upcoming course here

Mondays: 6-week Breathwork & Meditation Course (pre-enrol)

Establish or deepen your meditation practice by learning breathing and meditation techniques to incorporate into everyday life. Enjoy the depth of a guided group space. Suitable for all levels, from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners. Bookings essential.

2-week LIVE bi-annual Seasonal Cleanse (pre-enrol)

A 15-day guided programme to gently detoxify and rejuvenate body and mind, following the time-tested principles of Ayurveda.
